Appointments: We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure you have the appointment time you most desire.
Cancellations: We understand that you sometimes need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment, in order to accomodate other guests on our waiting list.
Children: Due to our limited space and the relaxing atmosphere, your children are welcome when they are receiving salon services.
Cell Phones: Please turn ringers to silent, as we are striving to maintain a relaxing environment.
Payment: We accept cash, personal checks (with proper ID), Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express for the exact amount only. Sorry,but we cannot include gratuities in checks or charges. There is a $25 charge on all returned checks.
Returns: All Aveda products may be returned for a full refund or exchange for any reason. (Please let us know why) Cash refunds over $20 will be mailed to you within 5 working days.
